Aloha! VIDEOLAB is Hawaii's premiere duplication and International Standards Conversions facility. We are a division of Electric Petroglyphs Inc. , our Hawaii based parent corporation, and we provide services for conversion of all formats of video tape since 1985. We specialize in foreign standard conversions, simply put, tape formats ie. VHS, BETACAM, 1" , 8MM, DV or DVCAM are formats of video tape that are used around the world, but how your tape gets recorded electronically can vary from country to country. Video Lab has broadcast quality equipment for converting the signal on your tape from one standard to another so that it will be playable either here in the US (NTSC standard) or overseas (PAL, SECAM, PAL-M). We have also incorporated equipment to playback DVD's encoded with a PAL video stream so that they will play on your home DVD player.
